Hunter Griggs was the inspector for both the pre-drywall and the final inspection on our new house. He performed a thorough inspection with photos as evidence and an explanation of our findings. His work allowed these issues to be quickly addressed by the builder and provided increased confidence in the quality of our house.

We have a large sccale renovation close to completion. We hired AHI due to their cross platform reviews. We have had a fantastic experience! The initial quote request was great! The lady was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she connected me with the inspector she thought would be the most suitable.
Hunter was knowledgeable and listened to what our concerns were. He thoroughly went through our house. I will be coming back and doing our post inspection review with AHI once our punch list is done. I highly recommend this company!
